David Tovar publishes this website and provides his services through ONEZIX S.L. (Tax ID B67919365, Calle Alicante 1, 18007 Granada, Spain), which is the controller of the data collected on this website, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018. Contact: david@davidtovar.dev.
Data and purposes
If you email me, call me, message me on WhatsApp or book a meeting, I process your name, your contact details and what you tell me about your company in order to reply, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, provide and invoice the service.
Call requests
If you use the “Shall I call you?” form, I process your phone number, your name if you enter it and the time slot you choose, only to call you about that request. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box and can withdraw at any time.
This data is not stored in any database: it is sent by email from the ONEZIX S.L. mail server (OVH) to the inbox where I handle requests (Gmail, by Google). That email is kept only as long as needed to handle your request. You can ask me to delete it by writing to david@davidtovar.dev.
Meetings and analytics
Meetings are booked with Google Calendar, which processes the details you enter when booking. Website usage is measured with Plausible, without cookies or personal data, and with Google Analytics only if you accept it. See the cookie policy for details.
Legal bases
Depending on the purpose, processing is based on your consent, on the pre-contractual steps or contract you request, on legal obligations or on a legitimate interest where your rights do not override it.
Providers and transfers
Providers that process data on behalf of ONEZIX S.L. (email, calendar and analytics) must offer sufficient guarantees under Article 28 of the GDPR. Some, such as Google, may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards described in their terms; see Google’s privacy policy.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed for its purpose and for the applicable legal periods. Once the relationship ends it may be blocked while liabilities may arise.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to david@davidtovar.dev. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
