I have always wanted to understand how things work underneath. As a child I took apart anything I could get my hands on: radios, remote controls, old computers. That curiosity never really left.
I studied engineering and discovered programming at 18. What started as a filler subject quickly became an obsession. The web caught me completely: the idea that you could build something and make it instantly available to anyone in the world felt like magic.
My professional career began with web and mobile applications for small companies and start-ups in Galicia. Before long I was working with larger organisations: Inditex, Indra, Getronics and the Prado Museum, among others. With each project I took on more technical responsibility, eventually leading complete architectures and development teams.
In 2016 I moved into permanent remote work. It changed everything. It allowed me to focus fully on what I do best: solving complex technical problems, designing scalable architectures and writing code that works and can be maintained.
Over time I specialised in three areas that now define my work: cloud infrastructure and DevOps, applied artificial intelligence and process automation. Not as abstract ideas, but as practical tools for solving my clients’ problems.
I now work as a freelance engineer. Every project is different: from designing the infrastructure for a multi-tenant SaaS product to implementing RAG agents that analyse thousands of documents autonomously. What does not change is my commitment to clean execution and direct communication.
Outside code, I love reading, especially non-fiction and essays on technology, systems and complex organisations. I also enjoy optimising any process that crosses my path, and hardware. I still take things apart.
I live in Granada, Spain. If you have an interesting technical problem, contact me at [email protected].
